In case the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the products to us and receive a refund. The conditions and procedure for making a return are detailed below.
Return Conditions
- Eligible Products: Returns are only accepted for NON-PERSONALIZED glasses.
- Deadline to Request a Return: You have up to 5 business days from receipt of the merchandise to claim the return by sending an email to devoluciones@timiaktech.com.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and with their original individual protection packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Delivery Time: The products to be returned must arrive at our facilities within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of the return approval.
Refund
- Refundable Expenses: Only product expenses are reimbursed, not shipping expenses.
- Partial Return: If you return a part of the order, the part corresponding to the returned products will be refunded. If the partial return affects the requirements to receive bonuses such as free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Condition of the Returned Product: If you receive the products damaged or without their original individual protection packaging, the refund amount may be reduced.
- Refund Method: The refund will be made by the same payment methods used in the original purchase, within a maximum period of 10 business days after receiving the returned products.
